Terms and Conditions for Artist
Who we are and what this agreement does
We are Muney Limited (referred to as “we” or “us” or “our” or “Muney”). Our registered address at 6 Campden Hill, London, W8 7AD, England. We are a private limited company, and our registered company number is 14640959. Muney operates a web application software called “Muzos” (the “App”).
Scope of Agreement: By signing up as an artist on Muzos ("Platform"), you ("Artist") agree to the terms outlined in this clause, which govern the use of your artistic content, including but not limited to your likeness, artwork, and audio clips (collectively, "Artistic Content").
Promotional Use: Muzos reserves the right to use any Artistic Content uploaded to the Platform for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your Artistic Content on Muzos' website, social media platforms and other digital channels to promote both Muzos and the Artist.
Brand Partnerships: Muzos may, from time to time, engage in partnerships with various brands ("Brand Partners"). In such instances, Muzos is authorised to use the Artist's name and associated Artistic Content in conjunction with Brand Partners for promotional activities on social media and other marketing channels.
Artist Profile Creation: Upon registration, Muzos will create an artist profile for the Artist, which will include the Artist's likeness, selected artwork, and audio clips of music promoted on the Platform. This profile will be accessible to users of Muzos, who will have the ability to share, link to, and follow the Artist's profile.
Rights Granted: By agreeing to these terms, the Artist grants Muzos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Artistic Content in connection with the Platform's promotional activities as described herein.
Artist's Ownership: Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring any rights of ownership or copyright in the Artistic Content from the Artist to Muzos. The Artist retains all rights to their Artistic Content, subject to the licence granted herein.
Duration of Use: Muzos' right to use the Artist's Artistic Content shall continue as long as the Artist's profile remains active on the Platform, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the Platform's policies.
Amendments: Muzos reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications signifies the Artist's acceptance of the revised terms.
