Occasionally, we may offer you the chance to enter into prize draws sponsored by one of our third-party partners to win a Reward Key. Below are the general prize draw terms:
Eligibility: The Muzos Club Key Draw (the "Key Draw") is open to all registered users of the Muzos app.
Entry Period: The Key Draw will begin and end as stated on the Muzos app. Entries submitted outside of the specified timeframe will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter the Key Draw, users must complete the stated actions within the Muzos app. Each completed action counts as one entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the Entry Period closes. Winners will be notified via the Muzos App or email associated with their Muzos account. The decisions of Muney Limited, are final and binding. Prizes: The prizes for the Key Draw will be as stated on the Muzos app. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
General Terms: By entering the Key Draw, participants agree to abide by these terms and all decisions of Muney Limited, are final and binding.
Data Protection: All personal data submitted in connection with the Key Draw will be processed by Muney Limited for the purposes of administering the Key Draw, in accordance with Muney Limited's Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability: Muney Limited and its affiliates are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any other issues that may prevent an entry from being processed. Please ensure that you utilise the Reward Key within the 30 days of receiving it, otherwise it may be subject to deactivation subject to Third Party decision.
Governing Law: The Prize Draw and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Muney Limited reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the Prize Draw at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Muzos app.
